150 W CO₂ laser
Our high-power machine for large sheets, large parts and efficient batch layouts.
At our workshop in the Nilüfer Organized Industrial Zone in Bursa, two CO₂ laser machines provide cutting and engraving for acrylic, wood, MDF, plywood and other laser-compatible materials.

We select the right work area according to part size, material and detail level.
Our high-power machine for large sheets, large parts and efficient batch layouts.
Our flexible machine for compact parts, engraving and controlled layouts.
We prepare acrylic, MDF, wood and plywood cutting projects in Bursa with the right machine, efficient layout and material-specific parameters.
For laser cutting in Nilüfer and laser engraving in Bursa, we review the file, material and intended use together, focusing on edge quality, dimensional accuracy and production efficiency—from one-off parts to repeat production.

We do more than cut parts; we create purpose-built solutions that support your product and brand.
Layered and custom signs made by cutting and engraving wood, MDF and plywood.
Cut acrylic parts ready for bending and assembly for product displays, counters and wayfinding.
Repeatable drawing-based parts for machinery, automation, guards and prototypes.
Logos, text, numbers, patterns and graphics on wood and suitable plastics.
Material safety: Not every plastic is suitable for laser processing. PVC and chlorine-containing materials are rejected because they can release harmful, corrosive gases. Plastics are assessed by their technical properties before production.
Clean cuts, engraving and display parts in clear, coloured or opaque materials.
Decorative signs, nameplates, custom products and personalization.
Layered designs, models, decorative parts and repeat production.
Other surfaces assessed for laser compatibility using technical data and sample parts.
After material and drawing approval, we define the machine, layout and process sequence.
We clarify dimensions, quantity, material, application and delivery expectations.
We check the vector drawing and organize cutting and engraving layers.
When needed, we verify settings with a test cut and produce after approval.
After dimensional and surface inspection, we prepare parts for the next process or delivery.
Our largest machine has a 150 × 100 cm work area. Actual part size depends on material, layout allowance and file structure.
Vector PDF, AI, EPS, SVG or DXF files are preferred. If you only have an image or dimensioned sketch, drawing support can be assessed separately.
Yes. A single sample, small batch or series production can be planned according to the project.
Cuttable thickness varies with material type, density, colour and required edge quality. Suitability can be verified with a sample cut.
Materials with known specifications and suitable for CO₂ laser processing may be accepted after review. Unknown or chlorine-containing plastics are not processed.
Send your drawing, material, dimensions and quantity; we will respond with the suitable machine and production method.
