ABS Rezopal labels are made by laser engraving and cutting plastic sheets with multiple coloured layers. Text and graphics are created by carefully removing the top layer to reveal the colour beneath.
No paint is applied to the surface: the colours come from the plastic itself. Precise laser settings control the engraving depth, giving text and graphics a tactile detail. At our workshop in Bursa's Organized Industrial Zone, we work with Gravograph™, Rowmark™ and Trotec™ products.

Layered colour structure
Two-colour sheets are generally used; three-colour solutions are also possible with suitable combinations. Engraving the top layer reveals the second colour below.
Thickness and stock colours
Sheets from 0.1 mm to 1.6 mm are available in combinations such as white–black, black–white, yellow–black, brushed chrome–black and brushed gold–black.
Laser cutting and engraving
Text, logos and graphics are laser-engraved; holes, slots, frames and custom outlines can be produced by laser cutting.
Matt, legible surface
The matt coloured surface is designed for glare-free legibility from different angles. Under suitable operating conditions, the coloured layers retain their appearance over time.

Is paint used on ABS Rezopal labels?
No. The colours come from the sheet's own coloured layers. Laser engraving removes the top layer to expose the colour beneath and form text or graphics.
Which colours and thicknesses are available?
Common stock combinations are white–black, black–white, yellow–black, brushed chrome–black and brushed gold–black. Thicknesses from 0.1 mm to 1.6 mm are selected to suit the application.
